Trigger a job

There are times where you have configured your Ask, Engineer, or Ingest job to run only once. In this case, if you want to run it again, then you can manually trigger a single execution of the job.

Prerequisite

Before starting this task, ensure you have the airflow_user and nx1_monitor permissions.

Perform these steps to trigger a job.

Log in to NexusOne.
On the NexusOne homepage, click Monitor.
In the Active Jobs table, you should see entries for all scheduled jobs. Click the three dots ... menu, and then select Trigger job. NexusOne begins to run the job, and the job status changes from New to Running.
