Is the NexusOne deployment customizable?
Yes, beyond the default features supported on NexusOne, you can ask the team to add new features to your deployment so it meets your business needs.
Is the NexusOne deployment cloud-native?
Yes, NexusOne supports all public and private clouds as long as a Kubernetes cluster exists.
What SQL syntax does the system generate when a user asks a question?
Trino SQL is the only syntax supported on NexusOne. This is because Trino is the query engine used at the backend.
Do customers have access to all the backend apps?
No, you don’t. You can find a list of all user-facing apps in the

page.
Can customers ingest any file types?
No, you can ingest only a limited number of file types. For a list of supported file formats, refer to the
Ingest Overview
page.
