# FAQs

> Answers to frequently asked questions about NexusOne's deployment, SQL support, OSS apps they can access, and supported ingestion file types.

These are a collection of Frequently Asked Questions from NexusOne customers.

## Is the NexusOne deployment customizable?

Yes, beyond the default features supported on NexusOne, you can ask the team to add new features
to your deployment so it meets your business needs.

## Is the NexusOne deployment cloud-native?

Yes, NexusOne supports all public and private clouds as long as a Kubernetes cluster exists.

## What SQL syntax does the system generate when a user asks a question?

Trino SQL is the only syntax supported on NexusOne. This is because Trino is the query engine
used at the backend.

## Do customers have access to all the backend apps?

No, you don't. You can find a list of all user-facing apps in the
[Hosted Apps](/documentation/platform/overview/hosted-apps/introduction) page.

## Can customers ingest any file types?

No, you can ingest only a limited number of file types. For a list of supported file formats,
refer to the [Ingest Overview](/documentation/data-pipeline/overview/ingest#supported-file-formats) page.
