# Data catalog

> Overview of NexusOne's Data Catalog feature that allows you explore dataset metadata, organize domains, ensure data quality, and trace lineage using DataHub.

The Data Catalog feature launches DataHub, so you can view metadata of your dataset, create domains to
categorize datasets, check data quality assertions, and view data lineage.

## Key features

The Data Catalog feature includes the following key features:

* **Metadata exploration**: View and inspect dataset metadata in a unified interface.
* **Domain management**: Create and organize domains to categorize datasets by business context.
